All online bidders must have their refundable wire transfer deposits to us by Wednesday, June 1 to be eligible to bid online.

· Method of Vehicle Payment-Select one of the following payment methods:
o Option 1: J.J. BEST BANC & CO- a nationwide collector car finance company offering low monthly payment financing options to our clients. Visit their website at jjbest.com/ or call 800.872.1965 to learn more and to get pre-approved now. The minimum pre-approval is $30,000.
o Option 2: Bank Letter of Guaranty – Onsite Bidders using U.S. bank accounts. Personal/business checks for vehicle purchase(s) must be drawn from the account that appears on the Bank Letter of Guaranty. Letters must reference a maximum bidding limit and written on bank letterhead. To review the preferred Bank Letter format, See sample Letter.
o Option 3: Online Bidder's - A refundable deposit by wire transfer equivalent to 25% of your desired bidding limit is required to register to bid online.
Your bidding limit is the maximum amount you are able to spend.
o If a vehicle is purchased, you will be required to pay the balance in cash, or wire transfer. Personal/business checks and credit cards will NOT be accepted as a form of payment.
